How to Bake Mint and Parsley Doggy Biscuits
November 17, 2009 by Kimberly · Leave a Comment
There are times (yes, believe it or not) when my dogs have breath that’s, well, not that fresh. These are tasty, healthy and will freshen their breath too.
Plus, you’ll know exactly what went into them to ease your mind that your dogs are eating real food that’s good for them.
I love my dogs so much and I’m always baking them special, little treats. You should see their faces light up – they just know that what I’m doing is for them. So cute!

It’s So Hot, You Could Bake Cookies in Your Car?
June 22, 2008 by Kimberly · Leave a Comment
I know you’ve all heard people say, “You could fry an egg on the sidewalk, it’s so hot!”
Why not try baking cookies on your dashboard? That’s just what a lady did in New Hampshire on one of these hot, balmy, summer days.
She has figured out that with a temperature outside of 95 degrees, that the internal temperature of her car gets up to 200 degrees. Wow…that’s hot!
Not only that, it will bake her chocolate cookies just fine!
So, if you’re busy, just bake ‘em in the car while you’re at work or shopping…
Just think…you are using solar energy and making out planet Greener at the same time!

Betty Crocker Peanut Butter Cookie Mix Review
I have been craving homemade peanut butter cookies for a few weeks now, but have been fighting off my craving…
I happened to be at the grocery store yesterday picking up a few things, and saw a peanut butter cookie mix by Betty Crocker…I thought, well, it won’t take much time to make…easy…I can have some cookies…
So, I tried it:
The mix makes 18 cookies and all you need to add is water and oil.
They are really easy and quick to make, and the instructions worked perfectly.

FYI: I often use parchment paper to cover my cookie sheets, as I did this time, and instead of the suggested 8-10 min for a shiny metal cookie sheet, or the 7-9 min for a dark or non-stick cookie sheet, it actually took 16 min on the parchment.
As I can never do things in a normal way, I added green m&ms, for spring, to the mix. These were wonderful in the peanut butter cookies!
Even my mother, who maintains that she doesn’t really like m&ms, really Read more
