Blood Orange English Ale Shandies:

Web Chef Review: Great Lakes Brewery Pompous Ass English Ale - cookingwithkimberly.comIn this recipe, I’m using Great Lakes Brewery Pompous Ass English Ale – their version of a traditional British pale ale. It’s got a wonderful complexity of flavor – hoppy & slightly bitter, but smooth with a citrus or floral undertone, making it especially delightful.
