Tiger Nut Crusted Outside Round Roast Beef:
In this recipe, I used Organic Tiger Nuts Flour.

To sear the roast of beef, in a frying pan, I’m using Raw Premium Organic Tiger Nuts First Press Extra Virgin Oil.

Sear Time: 10 – 12 minutes
Roast Time: roughly 20 min/lb
Yield: 1 roast beef

Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.
- Preheat a large, oven-proof frying pan, on the stove top, with oil on a low heat
- In a large, shallow dish, combine flour & spices.
- Turn frying pan up to a high heat.
- Dredge beef roast in flour mixture, and tap off any excess.
- Brown all sides of roast in preheated frying pan – a few minutes per side.
- Roast for roughly 20 minutes/pound.
- Note: If roast is browning too much, cover with a loose, aluminum foil tent, while roasting.
- Note: To reach medium rare, achieve an internal temperature of 145 degrees F. Bring outer layer of roast to 160 degrees F.
- Remove roast from oven, and let rest for 10 minutes, covering with a loose aluminum foil tent, before slicing.
