If you’re enjoying something decadent & buttery, like seafood for New Year’s or Valentine’s Day, the citrus is a perfect accompaniment. You will cleanse your palette with these cocktails, when eating rich foods.

Limoncello Bubbly Cocktails:

In this recipe, we used Rossi d’Asiago Limoncello Liqueur & Bodacious Bubbles Sparkling Wine.

Type: Alcohol Recipe

Prep Time: 8 minutes
Yield: 2 cocktails

How to Make Limoncello Bubbly Cocktails - cookingwithkimberly.comIngredients:

  • 2 shots limoncello liqueur
  • sparkling wine or champagne – I used Bodadious Bubbles.
  • sugar – for rimming glasses
  • 2 slices lemon – for garnish
  • 6 frozen cranberries

Instructions:

  1. Prepare some sugar in a small, shallow dish.
  2. Wet rims of champagne glasses with lemon juice or water & roll the rims in sugar. Let sit to dry, while preparing ingredients for the cocktail.
  3. Prepare 2 lemon slices, for garnish.
  4. Add 1 shot limoncello liqueur, to each champagne glass.
  5. How to Make Limoncello Bubbly Cocktails - cookingwithkimberly.comTop champagne glasses with chilled sparkling wine or champagne.
  6. Drop 3 frozen cranberries into each glass.
  7. Hang a slice of lemon, on the side of each glass.
  8. Serve immediately!
