Ingredients:
- 1 cup chopped tiger nuts
- 3/4 cup coconut
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 2 tbsp flaxseeds
- 1 tbsp carob powder – or cocoa powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup tiger nuts oil
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl, combine dry ingredients.
- Add wet ingredients to dry mixture, and stir to combine evenly.
- Spread evenly on a baking sheet.
- Bake in oven at 275 degrees F, stirring every 15 minutes.
- Cool completely.
- Store in an airtight container, in a cool, dry, dark place.
