Tiger Nuts Milk from Flour is easy to make & an easy way to make a change for the better, in your diet.
Not only is this milk dairy-free, it’s also nut-free, as tiger nuts are not nuts at all – they’re tubers that grow under the ground like potatoes or carrots.
Incorporating tiger nuts milk, into your routine will ensure a vegan, organic, paleo-friendly & non-GMO option, for all of your milk needs.
How to Make Tiger Nuts Milk from Flour:
In this recipe, I’m using Organic Tiger Nuts Flour, which is a light flour made from milling whole, raw tiger nuts.
Not only is this flour fabulous for making tiger nuts milk, it’s also super versatile in the kitchen for both sweet & savory dishes.

In lieu of using flour, you can also use Whole Raw Premium Organic Tiger Nuts, to make tiger nuts milk, just as easily.
