Quick & Easy Fried Pitas

These are so quick and easy when unexpected guests arrive at your doorstep…Always have pitas on hand! ~ Kimberly Edwards :)

Type: Appetizer
Serve With: Olives, Capers & Feta Cheese
Prep Time: 2 min
Cook Time: ~ 4 min/pita
Yield: ~ 1 pita/person – But they’re so good, you may need more!

Ingredients:
Quick & Easy Fried Pitas - Ingredients

Instructions:
1. Heat large frying pan to medium heat with 1/2 tbsp olive oil.

2. Coat pita(s) front and back with olive oil and a light sprinkling of garlic powder.

3. Pan fry each pita for about 2 min/side.

4. Cut into 6 pieces per pita by making 3 cuts, and serve with olives, capers and feta cheese.

5. Enjoy this quick & easy appetizer!

I especially love when my mother makes these…It’s like sandwiches…always better when someone else makes them for you…LOL!

    Oh I love when mom or you makes these. It’s like so awesome. I love these things. We usually end up eating most of them as they are coming out of the pan.
