Try using an oil to coat the fruit with that’s flavorless altogether, such as canola oil or grape seed oil, or something that’s going to accompany well with fruit, like peanut oil or coconut oil.

Instructions:

  2. Soak skewers for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Skewer chunks of fruit, alternating as desired.
  4. Brush fruit with oil.
  5. Grill skewered fruits until grill marks form on all sides.
  6. Transfer fruit skewers to serving tray.
  7. Serve with one or two suitable fruit dips of your choice.
