Sauteed Cucumbers? Yup!

Cucumbers can be enjoyed as a warm side dish, as opposed to the cool, raw ones we typically serve.

Serve alongside fish, seafood or chicken, and foods of a spicy nature, such as South Asian dishes, for a great combination.
