Spring has sprung & you’re wondering, “What Do You Feed Dogs to Fight Fleas, Ticks & Mosquitoes?”
The grass is harboring little beasties, like fleas, ticks & mosquitoes, especially in the moist spring weather.
Not only are they bothersome to your four-legged friends, they are potentially harmful to them, and bringing them into the house, harmful to you & your family.
What do you Feed Dogs to Fight Fleas, Ticks & Mosquitoes?:
Be proactive by feeding your dogs foods that will repel or deter these critters from bothering your pets & you!
Not only will this be a good repellent, but it will keep your dog’s skin healthy, and coat beautiful.
Plus, it spices their dog food up from blah to ooh-la-la! I wouldn’t want to eat the same thing every single day – surprise them with some flavor.
The best part? This is a holistic & natural home remedy. If you purchase organic ingredients, you’re on your way to giving your pet something really healthy.
How Does It Work?
It’s important to start getting your dog healthy on the inside, which will result in healthy skin & a beautiful coat.
The ingredients listed below are things that will make your dog not taste good to the insects. The brewer’s yeast is bitter, and bugs don’t like oregano or garlic.
The olive oil works in their bodies to assist in numerous functions, one of which is the condition of their skin.
This recipe is adjustable for the size of your dog. These are not exact measurements, and usually we eyeball them. We have medium sized dogs.
If you have smaller dogs, reduce the amount. If you have larger dogs, increase the amounts, based upon how large they are.
