The Sproutwells – Veggie Family in the Neighborhood
Have you ever heard of the Sproutwells? I hadn’t until I saw this cute video…
They are a fruit and veggie family living among humans, and just trying to fit in. Check out the video for yourself:
Funny and cute, right? Appropriate shows for the children are getting more and more difficult to find, but this seems to be quite tame, cute and maybe will even get them to eat more vegetables.
If you were to be a vegetable, what veggie would you be?
Well, I would want to be something very health, something unique and something beautiful…Purple is my favorite color, so I would probably choose to be one of those hybrid vegetables – probably a purple cauliflower.
Cauliflower has sulfur compounds that are in a small amount of vegetables and are extremely healthy for you…
Cauliflower is high in Vitamins C, B5 (pantothenic acid), B6, B9 (folate), and a number of others minerals too…Plus, they have fiber and protein with no fat whatsoever! Yeah for that!
Plus the purple color is so pretty and what girl doesn’t want to have “flower” in their name, right?
Remember, when colored hybrid cauliflower, the color fades and in some cases disappears…just FYI for entertaining…
However, serve the different colored vegetable varieties on a vegetable platter with dip for an amazing look!
I encourage you to share the video with your friends and their children too…
