A Different Kind of Chicken Salad Sandwich

Just delicious and healthy for you! Great for your New Year’s Resolution!

Prep Time: 10 min
Yield: Enough for 4 sandwiches on bagels.
Nutrition Facts:
If you’re looking for a healthier version, use low-fat mayonnaise.
Ingredients:
Instructions:
1. Break chicken into small, bite-sized pieces, but not shredded.
2. Finely dice celery stalk by cutting lengthwise into 4, then slicing finely.
3. Add celery, yogurt, mayonnaise, pepper, and seeds.
4. Mix until chicken is evenly coated with mayonnaise and yogurt.
* Tip: I prefer to eat my chicken salad on poppyseed bagels.
5. Enjoy!

This is also a great way to use up leftover turkey from the Holidays!
