You’ve Never Had a Bagel?

The other day, I was actually asked what you put on a bagel, because they had never eaten one before…

WOW! Are you kidding?

If you’ve never had a bagel before, you’re missing out…They’re fabulous!

Think…a savory donut, less cakey, and boiled, not fried, then baked…

They are usually quite healthy…It’s what you put on them that usually isn’t! LOL

Cut it in half to make 2 circles, and toast it lightly, then put creamed cheese on it…Oooh…ahhh!

However, making a sandwich out of it is delicious…Maybe a great tuna salad with cucumber and alfalfa sprouts? Yum!!!

What else is nice is creamed cheese, as above, with thinly sliced smoked salmon! Divine!

…it also has a photo of an Everything bagel (my favorite kind) with the chicken salad on top! Yum-O!
