I don’t know how many other people or families enjoy a seafood spread on New Year’s Eve, but we do!!!
We always have…
What’s on our table on New Year’s Eve?
Well, we have white wine and garlic steamed mussels, curried steamed mussels, smoked oysters, steamed lobsters, steamed King crab legs, shrimp cocktail, and whatever else seems to be grand for the day!
We always drink a sweet champagne or sparkling wine and really feast!
I can hardly wait! It’s always so much better than going out to eat because you make it just the way you like it at home. It’s tastier and way cheaper! Plus, it’s more fun in the kitchen!
…Not to mention, for New Year’s Day, we make a huge Seafood Gumbo, made a tradition by my husband’s side of the family!
