When opening up the package, the unbelievably flavorful aroma of banana catch you, and your imagination starts to run wild with anticipation of what alcohol you will add to the mix.

In this instance, I used Kahlúa, which is a chocolate-coffee flavored liqueur. However, rum or banana liqueur would have worked beautifully, not to mention a number of other alternatives that would be equally as delicious.

After you add the required liquid, again this could be fruit juice or alcohol, you quickly combine the mixture and roll it into bite-sized balls. Here, you have options again with what tasty thing you’ll roll these balls in to coat them.

You don’t have to roll them in anything for them to be super delicious, but you could coat them with powdered sugar, cocoa powder or anything you desire that will stick. I used some rainbow coconut, and these little boozy bites were awesome! I’d like to try crisp rice cereal on some for a great crunch.
