I’ve lived in a number of places throughout the USA, and beyond.
Everywhere you settle, you try and look for the best spot for Italian, or for Mexican food, or some great Vietnamese.
Whether you are of Italian blood or not, everyone craves Italian food…
No matter where you may live on the planet, sometimes, you just want a really great, authentic thin crust Neopolitan style pizza, or some al dente Italian semolina pasta with a belligerent rosé sauce that could rival any proper Italian grandmother’s.
Maybe you’re craving that perfect meatball sandwich or freshly baked Italian bread. That’s right, folks…The best Italian spots are the ones that bake their own fresh Italian bread. Don’t forget it!
Maybe a great surf & turf with a prime steak, some seafood with some Linguine Alfredo on the side…
Nah, just a garlic butter gnocchi…or maybe I would be craving a beautifully tender Veal Parmigiana with mozzarella on top.
How about a really good Cappuccino or Espresso…I mean really good?
My favorite, I need a place that can provide me with a decadently done Tiramisu. Maybe some Connoli to take home for later? * mouth watering now *
So, whether you’re looking for the best Italian restaurant Des Moines Iowa, Brighton Beach in Jersey, or Lake Charles, Louisiana (shout out to my people!) keep searching until you can find that one place…
…that one place that you know is consistently, belligerently awesome when it comes to Italian Food.
On those days you don’t want to cook, or you just NEED some Italiano, it just makes where you live that much better, or bearable in some instances…
Gosh, I’m hungry just thinking about it. I made pasta tonight for dinner…Good thing! lol 🙂
