…You notice some great, big, beautiful fish and stranger things like whole squid that are available.

When I lived in Australia, I got hooked on squid, also called calamari.
Squid is not something to be scared of…It’s just something you “DIVE” into in the kitchen!

The worst thing that could happen is you cook it a bit more than 2 mins, it gets rubbery, and then you decide to make an awesome soup or stew with it that’s going to be awesome and make it tender again…Seriously! No worries, mate!
