Peanuts are very healthy & delicious. As well, peanuts are incorporated in a plethora of food products, which we enjoy daily.
When you see a peanut in its shell, it is just a plain looking, dry, little thing…but when you crack that shell, the most amazing aroma is emitted.
Then comes the taste — Ohhh, the taste…so very good. And then, another one & another & another — you can’t eat just one. At least, I can’t eat just one!
Peanuts are found in most chocolate bars and cookies, frequently in baked goods, and they go a long way towards enhancing many edible products. They even sell boiled peanuts at many locations around the Southern USA.
Check out these Peanut Butter Banana Muffins Kimberly baked:
The old peanut butter & jelly sandwich, loved by young & old, would be at the top of my list.
These nuts are combined with sugar, spices, flavored in many ways and sold in baggies, as well as butterscotch, maple, chocolate, almond flavored and baked, broiled or cracked.
The possibilities seem endless, and they contain nutrients to benefit us – Now, that’s straight Mother Nature!
You’re getting roughly 24 g protein per one cup of peanuts, plus calcium, iron, vitamin B-6 & magnesium, as well as a good amount of fiber.
Talking about peanuts makes my mouth water…
Treat yourself to some today!
