Ever wonder how they make beer? Well, I did…I was just thinking about it today, in fact. I have been trying some great microbrews in Ontario this year, and some great imported beer. My latest find is an Argentinian beer called “Patagonia”. On the back of the bottle, it says it is made with water, hops and malt. (I knew it would say that) …But, then I was thinking…I bet I could make some seriously tasty...
