National Yorkshire Pudding Day is definitely something to celebrate. Yorkies, so we call them are the best thing about a roast beef dinner. We enjoy those light & fluffy, little puddings smothered in roast drippings. We like Yorkshire pudding so much that sometimes, I’ve used turkey, chicken or pork drippings in place of beef drippings….
