How to Make Peanut Butter Snowballs + Video

Peanut Butter Snowballs are a tradition for the Holidays, in our family.

How to Make Peanut Butter Snowballs - cookingwithkimberly.comMy grandmother used to make these gems every Christmas, and we hadn’t been able to find her recipe for the past 15 yrs. However, I got a hint about what was in it, I experimented and here it is!

Now, it is a staple for our Christmas treats spread, again.

Peanut Butter Snowballs:

These little snowballs can run on the sweeter side of things, so using unsweetened versions of peanut butter, as well as shredded coconut, works out better.

However, feel free to use what you have on hand – they will be delightful, regardless!
