What McDonald’s Food Contains the Most Calories?
It has 3 parts of a bun (top, middle and bottom), making for a high number of carbs, and bleached, white flour is used…the least healthy of all…
It has 2 processed meat patties cooked in a ton of grease, and it is definitely not the lean chuck they use.
It has 2 pieces of processed cheese…lots of calories and chemicals here…
…And they cover it with a generous slathering of “special sauce“…basically, mayonnaise-based, meaning lots of oil…probably hydrogenated vegetable oil…Again, bad for you.
The lettuce, pickles, onions, and sesame seeds on the bun, are the only healthy things on the Big Mac.
Altogether, a Big Mac is thought to have 492 calories…Yuk!
Add fries, and you’re arteries will be halting…Regular sized fries are 207 calories @ McDonald’s.
Problem is, although McDonald’s fries taste thee best of all fast-food French fries, it’s not real food flavor; it is all chemical flavors applied to the food to make it taste the way it does at McD’s.
I encourage you all to watch the video at our Natural-Weight-Loss-Tip.com website about McDonald’s food! You’ll be sooo shocked and will NEVER eat it again…I promise you that:
I hope you found this Food Review enlightening on Cooking With Kimberly! Until next time…

P.S. If you’ve never seen the movie, “Fast Food Nation”, you might want to check it out…It will probably put you over the edge, and help you kick the fast food habit (I didn’t think it was appropriate for children, just FYI):
