Web Chef Review: Roberto's Pizza Passion Gluten-Free Crust - cookingwithkimberly.comSome of us need to eat gluten-free, and this crust is not only gluten free, but contains only ingredients that you can pronounce and are familiar to you, such as rice flour, extra virgin olive oil, sea salt, raw sugar, yeast and filtered water.

Find out about this product on this webisode of What I Say About Food:

This frozen crust comes sealed in a package with a baking tray included, and should remain frozen until ready to assemble the pizza. Coat top & bottom with olive oil before topping it with your favorite pizza toppings.

You will want to bake up your topped pizza crust at 550 degrees F for 10 – 12 min, up to 14 or 15 min, if necessary to get golden crust & your cheese is melted & bubbly.

The crust bakes up crispy, even on the bottom and is flavorful.
