Napa Valley Vinegar Co. Sweet Mango Vinegar is a fabulous white wine vinegar with mango puree from Wine Country Kitchens.

This mango vinegar is so very delicious and it’s perfect as a salad dressing, as a hot vinaigrette, as a marinade for meat, reduced to a syrup to drizzle over desserts or yogurt and as an addition to a punch or other beverages.

What a beautiful color this vinegar is and it smells like you just cut a fresh mango in half. I have used it on a fresh cucumber salad and the essence of the mango does wonders for the dish.
