I can’t say enough good things about Haskapa Jalapeño Haskap Relish.

Web Chef Review: Haskapa Jalapeno Haskap Relish - cookingwithkimberly.comThis product is sweet, savory, spicy and supremely delicious. I have had the experience of using the Haskapa Jalapeño Haskap Relish in a few different recipes with outstanding results, and would recommend it to anyone who wants to experience something new and different that can only improve the flavors of your recipes.

Find out about this product on this webisode of What I Say About Food:

This relish is made under the brand name Haskapa, out of Nova Scotia and contains haskap berries, which come from a plant indigenous to Russia, but now is grown across the Canadian provinces. The berry itself is oval in shape, about an inch long, deep purplish-blue in color with sweet, crimson flesh.

This Haskapa Jalapeño Haskap Relish would be great with soft cheeses, chicken, turkey, pork, burgers, fruit or omelettes. The relish ingredients are haskap berries, cider vinegar, jalapeño peppers, thai chili peppers and pectin – simple, delicious ingredients.

An interesting recipe idea would be Pear & Brie Quesadillas with Jalapeño Haskap Relish. It could be used in dips, spreads, as a condiment, glaze, in marinade, vinaigrettes and for basting to impart that delicious haskap berry into your recipes.

Haskapa - haskapa.comNot only is this relish delicious, but Haskapa carries a whole line of wonderful products with the haskap. Do check them out online:
