I picked up some fresh Harvest Barn Country Markets Ontario Kale this week for some great recipes.

When I am looking for kale for a particular recipe, I look for the best, high quality, fresh Kale I can find, and I am always assured to find just that at my local Harvest Barn Country Market in Niagara on the Lake, where they provide their customers with as much produce as they can obtain within a 100 mile area.
