This turkey is obviously of high quality, it is drug & hormone free, which I appreciate, and it is very plump, with a nicely-rounded breast area. It is very clean, without any pin feathers visible, there are no signs of damage to the skin anywhere, and it has very good color.

These turkeys are allowed to feed naturally, with no caging or force-feeding, and no enhanced artificial meal. So, what the customers get at Harvest Barn Country Markets is a healthy turkey, to take home and confidently serve to their families & guests.

The turkey took 5 hours – more or less, and had a marvelous turkey feast for our dinner. For our family, you can never have too much turkey.

Our drug & hormone free turkey was moist & juicy, more flavorful, and had gorgeously browned, crispy skin. There seemed to be more breast meat on this turkey than most others this weight. What a beautiful presentation!
