The color is a glorious hue of purple & blue divinely mixed together…they are really beautiful & are lovely as garnish on anything from appetizers through to desserts and beverages.

It is a key ingredient in their classique Herbs de Provence spice mix, which also includes savory, fennel, basil, thyme. Sometimes lavender leaves are used in place of the flower buds.
