  1. Hey Kimberly, you need to be drinking MY water! It is antioxidant-rich, acid-reducing, super-hydrating, and even cleans my food (AND my cutting boards)! I do hope you were kidding about the RO water…it’s bad, bad, bad.

    • Hi Marysue…

I am not kidding about the RO water. I just cannot fathom ingesting our city’s water…

There is nothing wrong with RO water except that it removes the larger minerals, etc, but it also removes the contaminants.

It can be on the acidic side, but if you want to add trace minerals, which you can purchase at your health food stores, to your water afterward, you’re good to go…making it more alkaline as well.

When we talk about diet, we must look at it as a whole…water is just a part of it. I get my minerals & alkalinizing from foods I ingest. If you add a squirt of lemon to your water, it alkalinizes it for you too…

What kind of water are yo using, Marysue…Do tell…

      Kimberly
