The Perfect Steak is Not Impossible


8 (8 OZ) BONELESS TOP SIRLOIN STEAKS PREMIUM STEAKSTonight, I made one seriously amazing steak (plus a baked potato and sauteed mushrooms…uhhh)!

Whilst I had 4-5 minutes per side, I contemplated finding you a great video as an instructional tool on how to make the perfect steak!

    LOL…Gordon can be very abrasive, but he knows what he is doing…I don’t appreciate any of the foul language and his awful temper, but all in all, I think deep down he has a good heart and he is knowledgeable about food and his industry…LOL
