Kimberly Hosts UniGirl Canada Campus Cuisine Series in Toronto

Kimberly Edwards of Cooking with Kimberly is not only a web chef, but an International Model, if you didn’t know.

As founder of Kapow Models & Talent Agency, she also works in conjunction with UniGirl Canada. Kimberly attended Texas A&M University, McNeese State University in Louisiana & the University of Northern Iowa.

Big Daddy'sAs a UniGirl host, Kimberly filmed an episode for UniGirl’s Campus Cuisine Series at Toronto’s Big Daddy’s Bourbon Street Bistro & Oyster Bar with executive chef, Lyndon O’Hearn.

Among the tasty creations sampled that day was their Jalapeno Cornbread Bruschetta, Grilled Creole Calamari, Bronzed Cajun Catfish, Creole Rice & Beans, Freshly Shucked Raw Oysters on the Half-Shell, and Big Daddy’s Signature Hurricane alcoholic bevy.

From Kimberly’s mouth to your eyeballs here, the food was stellar! Go on and fill up your belly with these Cajun & Creole creations.

Aside from his passion for the food of Louisiana, chef O’Hearn is a great guy that’s fun to work with in the kitchen. He also did a beautiful job pairing the dishes with wine, as well as sauces that brought the best out of these plates.

Kimberly is excited to also announce that there will be future projects with Chef O’Hearn & Big Daddy’s. Stay tuned for them.

Big Daddy’s Bourbon Street Bistro & Oyster Bar is located @ 212 King St. West, Toronto, Ontario.

Stay tuned for the video to be out in September on the UniGirl YouTube Channel in their Campus Cuisine Series.

Hey, University students need to eat too!
