Hemp is causing a stir as a super-food these days, and I’m sharing with you a recipe for how to make Hemp Milk.

How to Make Hemp Milk:

hemp seedsThis is a super quick & very easy recipe that’s also inexpensive to make.

Don’t expect hemp milk to in fact taste like milk. It does not. It tastes like hemp milk. So, try it with a open taste buds.

It may taste a little “raw,” so to speak, sort of like beans not fully cooked. Try adding a little sugar or honey to adjust to your taste.

Hemp seeds or hemp hearts are available at some bulk stores, grocers & health food stores, but if you are unable to find them, you can find hemp seeds, oils, nuts, proteins and more. Check out:
