Some may over-eat every time they eat, some may over-indulge but once a week. Not many people are strict dietary adherers, are they…? #justsayin

Possibly you need to increase your intake of water. Every chemical reaction in the body requires water to work. You can change a lot of things for the better of your health, if you’d just drink MORE water. I think of it as “8 ounces at a time” all day long. #itmighthelp 😉
Perhaps increasing your sleep time is in order. Do you know that you burn more fat when you sleep than resting awake? #nowyouknow Not only will it do your body and your physical appearance a lot of good, not to mention your poor, tired brain, but it will get your body back in balance too. #youknowit
You thought I wasn’t going to say anything about working out, didn’t ya? Nope…Can’t get away with that! Maybe some good ole exertion is in order, guys. You know you need to do it, but do you actually go do anything to be more active or burn a few more calories during the day?
You see I am always telling you to “Be a Champion in Your Kitchen“. That includes being a champion in your life too.
Being a champion in your kitchen doesn’t have to mean eating bland, “healthy” stuff that does nothing for your brain receptors to make you salivate. All you can think about is a great, big WHOPPER! Am I right? I know I am…
What do I say next to you? “…& Eat Deliciously!”
I want you to enjoy your food, and still feel good about yourself. I don’t want you to over-indulge…not all the time. Sometimes, it’s just a part of life when you have the best slice of cheesecake you’ve ever tasted before sitting in front of you on your plate with that delectable caramel drizzle…What?! I digress… lol
Do what you have to do to stay healthy, enjoy life, laugh with friends, smile at loved ones, and hug the one you hold most dear. They want to keep you around, you know!
So, whether you have to find yourself a system touted as one of the best workouts for weight loss, or you try to work some more healthy dishes into your repertoire (with some more moderation, shall we say?)…
…Not just knowing I need to drink water and get a good night’s sleep, you are going to try and actually make them happen in your life…
…Or you decide to eat more slowly, helping you gauge your sufficiency with your appetite more effectively, do those things.
