Ingredients:

  • corn on the cob3 ears of corn – husked with silks removed
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • fresh sheep cheese – I used Monforte Dairy Fresh Sheep Cheese with Lemon.
  • freshly cracked pepper

Instructions:

  1. Texas BBQ s6000 Combination Gas Grill - shop.cookingwithkimberly.comPreheat grill to high heat.
  2. Rub olive oil on each corn cob, making sure each kernel is coated, and place on hot grill.
  3. Grill corn, rotating frequently, until charred bits are visible on all sides. Make sure corn doesn’t burn.
  4. Remove corn from the grill & slather generously with fresh sheep cheese with lemon.
