How to Eat a Healthy Breakfast You Don’t Have to Cook

Basket Of Fruit Poster PrintInstead of Cooking, Why Not Fresh Fruit for Breakfast?

No matter who you are, I dont’ think you like to cook breakfast every single morning.

Also, let’s be honest…I’m sure you have those days where you’re running late and can’t cook something or maybe you wanted to sleep an extra 10 or 15 minutes instead.

So, be sure you always have some organic yogurt in the fridge – whatever flavor you like. Personally, I’m digging plain yogurt these days or a vanilla flavor. I like the Balkan style yogurt because it’s creamier, richer and thicker and therefore, more satisfying, especially if you’re watching your calories.

Cut up some apples, pears, peaches, bananas or whatever it is you like.

Try adding some small seeds to your yogurt – yes, it does taste good people!!!

Try flax seeds, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds or even poppy seeds or pumpkin seeds. They’re lower in fat than nuts or granola and they also have lean protein and other fabulous attributes.

There you go – a fresh, fast, healthy breakfast that you do have time for – and you don’t have to cook!

Awesome, right?

Then, try a little Friday Sunrise Juice and you’re good to go!
