Today is no exception, as I’m using Perfect Taste Dry Rub for my baked chicken breasts.

This dry rub is great on beef, pork, chicken, fish, lamb or any other dish you desire.

It’s finely ground and very homogenous, so that it coats meat evenly.

How to Bake Perfect Taste Dry Rub Chicken Breasts:

I’m not doctoring up this dry rub much today, as it’s a great balance and power packed with amazing flavors that I want to appreciate as they are intended.

Aromas of cumin & coriander fill the air with an exotic nuance your taste buds will respond to right away.

Serve With: a rice dish
Prep Time: 8 min
Cook Time: 45 min – 1 hr
Yield: Serves 2

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Season chicken breasts all over with salt & pepper as desired.
  3. Using your hands, rub Perfect Taste Dry Rub into the chicken all over the entire surface.
  4. Spray roasting pan or baking sheet with non-stick spray and place chicken breasts on.
  5. Bake in the oven at 350 degrees F for 20 – 30 min.
  6. Turn chicken breasts and add halved mushrooms & whole cherry tomatoes coated with olive oil & seasoned with salt & pepper, to your taste.

  8. Serve alongside rice with the roasted mushrooms & cherry tomatoes.

Your taste buds will be doing acrobatics, this stuff is so good. Probably the best dry rub I have tasted in quite some time. Yum!
