The videos are so professionally done and extremely thorough so that you get the entire story of what to do, and not only that, but why you do it.
Their style of teaching isn’t particularly learning recipes…it’s learning the reasons why you use the ingredients you use, so that you get a real fundamental base of how to use them.
In this manner, you will be able to combine flavors and ingredients in order to achieve a final goal without having to use a recipe at all.
Not only that, you will be able to tweak recipes you find to make them better, tastier or healthier.
School & cooking lessons may sound like boring things, but this is really fun. I guarantee you will get addicted to learning with these how to cook videos at your own pace while honing your skills, even if you have a hectic schedule.
Don’t fret though, there are video recipes available as well, aside from the cooking classes. You will consistently learn how to be a confident cook…a chef extraordinaire.
