Vegetables…perfect for any occassion, any season, any cuisine…

If you’re looking for a little something different or that “je ne sais quoi” you crave with your usual home cooked veggies, of course, you can check out the Vegetable category on my site here.

However, you can also head on over to FoodConnect, which has a free registration and membership, click the Recipe tab and do a search for “vegetables” or “roasted vegetables”.

You’ll find some seriously tantalizing, tasty recipes for things like roasted root vegetables, grilled vegetables with mint raita, deep-dish rutabaga-fennel gratin, and glazed carrots and parsnips, just to name a few.

I’m extremely impressed with your writing skills as well as with the layout on your blog. Is this a paid theme or did you customize it yourself? Anyway keep up the nice quality writing, it is rare to see a great blog like this one today.
