In this recipe, we’ve featured cabbage, but use what you have on hand & what you enjoy,  whether that’s cucumber, celery, artichoke hearts, carrot – you get the idea!

Another unlikely addition, you may want to consider, is raisins. They add a nice sweetness & a roundness to the dish. Other dried fruits may work too – use what you enjoy.
