How to Make Easy Coconut Cream Sauce for Dessert

This is a great sauce for desserts, over ice cream, pancakes or over fruit.

I used this sauce to dunk Gingered Coconut Banana Eggless Pancakes in this morning. Mmmmm…

Type: Dessert Sauce
Serve With: Desserts, ice cream, pancakes, fruit
Prep Time: 3 minutes
Yield: approximately 2 cups

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/4 cups Plain Balkan Style Yogurt
  • 3/4 cup Coconut Milk – remaining amount in typical can of coconut milk
  • 2 tbsp Brown Sugar
  • 2 dashes Cayenne Pepper

Instructions for Coconut Cream Sauce:

  1. In a small mixing bowl whisk together all ingredients until well combined.
  2. Pour mixture evenly into small bowls to dunk pancakes into, pour over ice cream, desserts, or fresh fruit.
