Steep Time: 8 – 10 minutes
Yield: 1 cup

Ingredients:

  • 10 – 15 dried red currant leaves – per cup
  • water
  • sweetener – as desired; honey, sugar, brown sugar, agave, stevia

Instructions:

  1. Boil water & let sit for 5 minutes.
  2. Pour over red currant leaves in a pot, using 10 – 15 leaves per cup.
  3. Let steep for 10 – 15 minutes.
