Great New “Facebook” for Foodies!!!
March 15, 2008 by Kimberly · 2 Comments
I just Stumbled upon (add me as a friend on Stumble Upon ;D) a website that is like Facebook or MySpace for people who love Food!
It is the Ultimate Tool as a Foodie for organizing and sharing all of your recipes…
…More than that, your recipes will get a Free Nutritional Analysis…I love this feature…There’s so many times I wished I knew how healthy or really how bad something is for me that I like to make! My husband’s an athlete, so this nutritional breakdown is always helpful for determining protein, fats, calories, etc…
It is @: http://www.FoodConnect.com
Plus, it’s a great way to meet people with similar likes…Food & Cooking!!! Discuss your techniques or find a great restaurant when you are traveling, or maybe in your city that you wouldn’t otherwise take a 2nd look at…
What I see that’s really helpful is a tool they have to be able to print off shopping lists according to what recipes you’ll be making…You can even organize a menu for an event or just for everyday purposes…
Of course, you can also plan events, like dinner parties, and post them for your friends, or other foodies like yourself…
Just for fun, I looked up Easter recipes and they had one on there for an alcoholic drink called an Easter Bunny…It sounds delicious! I’m going to have to try this one out on Easter with my sister!
Now, it says the site is in Read more
